Workshop - Draw a Fashion Portrait

This interactive drawing workshop will consist of a drawing session with Marina while she shares her process and tips on how to draw a stylish portrait. Make sure to share your drawings with the hashtag #mimiworkshopdrawings so we can all discover what you’ve created.

During the session, we will see:

  • How to pick up references and adapt them to your own style

  • How to sketch and compose a proportional face

  • How to add colour, shades and lights

  • Those extra details that add personality and of course, texture!

Pick your own references, draw the same portrait in your style or simply enjoy watching the process and chat with us.

We will be creating a hashtag #mimiworkshopdrawings for you to share your drawings and be discovered on Instagram after the workshop!

What you’ll need: A computer or Ipad with a drawing program (either Photoshop, Fresco or Procreate)

Where: This online workshop will run on Zoom on Tuesday 6th June 2023. It will last 1 hour and 30 minutes. The workshop will be recorded so you will be able to access it later on too. You will receive a private link two days after the live workshop has happened.

Good to know: You’ll be able to ask questions during the workshop, through the chat or directly via video. Mimi’s workshops are meant to be lovely, lively events where you to feel at ease and participate if you want to.
