Melissa Donne

Melissa Donne is an illustrator and surface pattern designer from the South Coast, UK.  She creates bright and joyful work underpinned by her love of colour,and pattern. She loves to take traditional themes such as botanical and food art, but gives it an abstract feel - through an unexpected colour palette or shapes and textures.

She has worked on a variety of projects including a cookbook cover, wallpaper collection, umbrella design and a featured artist collection for Casetify, as well as having had her work licensed for stationery products.

She has also sold her art prints and greetings cards widely, with stockists in the UK and Internationally, and also organises makers markets in her hometown of Southampton.
